through the Valley of the Sun Human Resource Association in 2004. Krisanne
was retained by Calibron Systems, Inc. to conduct an executive search for a
General Manager in late 2004. She spent time finding out from us what we were
looking for and then provided pre-screened resumes of candidates. We then
interviewed the candidates and selected our top choice. Krisanne aided us in
negotiating a compensation package. We successfully filled our position in
February 2005.
