Krisanne Elsner, C.C.P
Managing Director

Krisanne has 18 years experience in recruiting and interviewing. She started her career in the human resources field and worked for several Fortune 500 companies including Unilever, McKesson and Sundstrand Aerospace.   Her experience as a member of the leadership team within several companies has provided valuable insight that has helped her successfully fill management and leadership positions.

 

Krisanne left human resources management to become a full time search consultant in 2001. Since then, she has recruited and placed professionals in various fields and positions including sales, marketing, financial controllers, and general managers.

 

Krisanne has a B.S. in Public Administration, a B.A. in Spanish from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA.

 

She is active in the Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association,  and serves on the North Valley programs committee. She is a member of the  Society for Human Resources Management and is Past President of the Arizona Professional Recruiters Association.   She is also the V.P. of Public Relations for Airpark Toastmasters. 

 


Karen
Filandro
Search Consultant

Karen Filandro is a recruiting professional with nearly 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.  Karen started her career in the staffing industry with an IT services organization. As a Recruiter she provided staffing and IT solutions to Fortune 500 companies on a local and national level.

Prior to joining Southwest Recruiting Services, Karen held a recruiting specialist position with an airline based in Arizona. In this capacity, she partnered with the hiring managers to develop and implement behavioral based interviewing solutions to recruit and retain the best talent for the organization. This experience helped her better understand the challenges managers face when searching for qualified employees as well as solutions to overcome those challenges.  Later in her career with the airline Karen also served as a behavioral based interviewing trainer to the entire organization.

Karen holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Human Resources at the University of Arizona.


 


Kristy Bach
Manager, Client Services

Kristy Bach brings over fifteen years experience in the staffing and recruiting industry to Southwest Recruiting.  Kristy started her career in staffing as a recruiter for a national staffing firm.  Capitalizing on her passion for delivering value to clients, she progressed into a business development role and went on to eventually hold the title of Area Vice President within the organization.   Kristy has delivered staffing solutions and partnered with a wide range of companies, spanning from Fortune 500 organizations to small, privately held companies.  Through her experience, she has developed a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver unparalleled service to our clients and candidates. 

 Prior to her experience in the staffing industry, Kristy held a Human Resources Generalist position for a privately held aerospace firm in Los Angeles.  This experience gave her invaluable insight into what companies are seeking when working with a staffing organization. 

 Kristy holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing at the University of Arizona.
